What does the image next to job name indicate?

Mailing Job Indicators:

Mailing job is running.
Mailing sending completed.
Mailing stopped (unfinished).
Mailing job is scheduled to run some time later.

When you re-start a paused/unfinished job, e-Campaign will resume email delivery from where it was previously left off.

Is it possible to edit a finished mailing job?

Yes. After a mailing job is sent, it's marked as Read-Only to avoid accidental duplicate sending. To re-edit a finished mailing job, click menu Mailing > Clone to make a new copy of the finished job. Then specify a new mailing list.
